This letter is written to express my thanks for the professional service we have received.

When I was given the task of finding a new copier, I shuddered at the thought of all the quotes to get through and I wasn’t looking forward to it at all! Somehow, when I looked through the telephone book the Landmark name stood out. I’m very glad it did because these people are so good to deal with. I found all the employees to be kind and helpful from start to finish, and if I have the task of finding a new copier one day, I won’t hesitate to contact Landmark. The service we’ve received has been exceptional. I work for a service oriented company, so I know good service when I see it.

I would like to mention some of the people with Landmark who I had the pleasure of meeting.

Forrest Underwood for his kindness and patience. He explained the various copiers (both pros and cons) and let me make the decision. I appreciate that. Most of all, I always felt that I was dealing with a man who enjoys his job and the people he works with; an honest person representing an honest company.

Mike Lollman is such an asset to this company! He’s really sharp with copier repair, but he is competent also in dealing with the customer, letting them know he’s doing everything he can to quickly service the machine. Mike is definitely a “class act”.

I would like to thank Mr. Kenneth Lollman. He has the ability to bring together a group of people who respect one another as well as the customer. These people really care about doing a good job and going the extra mile. That’s so nice to see.

I also wanted to mention Kathy and Mrs. Lollman. They are an important part of Landmark. I enjoy hearing a friendly voice when I call and they are really helpful.

Once again, I would like to thank each of you for your kindness, expertise and knowledge. I have confidence that should a problem occur, it will be taken care of. That’s a good feeling!

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for introducing our church to your company. Even though our congregation isn’t considered large by some measures, we desire to have office equipment that meets our needs and helps run things in a timely fashion.

The purchase of the new Gestetner Copyprinter and the folding machine has been a welcome addition to our office. We not only have new equipment but have also met some fine people to do business with. Everyone that we have dealt with have been very kind and willing to help with any needs we might have. You, especially, have been efficient in every way. We thank you for going the extra mile for us to see to it that we were satisfied.

I’m sure that most businesses have budgets to guide them in their spending. Being a church, we also must stay within budget. While doing business with you and Landmark, you gave us the assurance that you knew how we are accountable for every dollar we spend. Thank you for the comfort in knowing that we weren’t being taken advantage of.

The administration and Mrs. Sherry Johnston in Special Ed would like to thank you for the donation of the copier given to the Special Ed Department.

We are absolutely thrilled because this donation will allow our students to not only learn how to use a copier, but it will assist us in developing their skills to follow directions. Most importantly, their self esteem will improve by learning the new skill of using the machine and copying their own work.
